BUSSER

A busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping supplies stocked in service stations; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, chairs, and the overall restaurant environment.

SERVER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to provide our guests a memorable experience that inspires them to return again and again.

RUNNER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each food runner's primary objective is to assist servers in providing a range of duties including assisting guests with orders, taking feedback and delivering food to the customer’s table.

HOST

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.

BARTENDER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. Each bartender’s primary objective is to prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons and serve them at the bar or through the wait staff. Bartenders must assess bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while showing our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

DISHWASHER

A Dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

LINE COOK

We are a fun, fast paced restaurant. We pride ourselves in providing an authentic Ocean City dining experience featuring sand and palm trees in our outdoor dining area and a cool and relaxed space indoors. The Taustin family has been operating businesses in Ocean City for over 70 years giving its customers and employees a family-oriented atmosphere.

While performing the core functions of a Line Cook, the employee is usually indoors, in a controlled, high pace environment which at times can be noisy and hot.

KITCHEN MANAGER

The Kitchen Manager at BLU Crabhouse & Raw Bar is expected to coach and lead their team in executing the menu in order to create memorable experiences for our customers through reliably high-quality cuisine. The Kitchen Manager ensures clear lines of communication among team and keeps the Executive Chef informed of each member's performance and any challenges that arise in the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will demonstrate and enforce the Taustin Group's Vision, Values, and Goals in order to create a productive, efficient, healthy, and enjoyable environment within the kitchen.
